California Legislature Resolution relative to commending Sir Francis Drake's departure 400 years ago

A resolution relating to commending Sir Francis Drake's departure from Plymouth to circumnavigate the Earth 400 years ago and inviting English citizens to visit California. The resolution has been de- glazed and not framed. The resolution has a gold and blue coloured border around its edge with a small floral decoration in each corner. At the bottom of the resolution in the middle is a gold coloured card seal with the emblem of the State of California on it. A yello and a purple ribbon are sticking out of the bottom. The resolution is signed by the President of the Senate, the Chairmen of the Assembly Rules and the Senate Rules Committee and the Speaker of the Assembly.
