Equipment model; Anchor model; Sectional model

Scale: Unknown. A model of an anchor stock made entirely in iron. The upper part of the shank is shown and is oval in section with flattened sides. The top bulges slightly to incorporate the stock and above this is the rounded top drilled with a large circular ring passing through. The stock is round in section and flares slightly outward either side of the shank. One end of the stock curves downward through 90 degrees and terminates in a teardrop shaped ball while the other end finishes the same way but in a horizontal plane. The stock is held securely in place by a wedge (missing) pressed home tightly against the side of the shank.
