Recreation vessel; Yacht
Scale: Unknown. Sectional model depicting longitudinal half of a vessel made entirely of natural wood possibly representing a yacht. The model consists of nine wooden lifts, a principle known as bread and butter construction. The model has been unscrewed and expanded and fixed to a perspex mount to illustrate this construction method. The hull resembles that of a yacht and is complete with a curved sheer on deck, an almost plumb stem and an overhanging counter with a short sternpost to take a rudder.
