Ordnance model; Gun carriage model
Scale: Unknown. A stained and varnished wooden model of a proposed gun carriage (circa 1850). The wooden trucks are secured to axles with metal pins. The front axle is narrower than the rear axle, giving the carriage a tapered shape. The model is inscribed "Col Colquhoun" and "12" (with additional lettering illegible). A label reads "Gun carriage showing plan for foremost trucks to travel under the brackets."
