Scale: Unknown. A full hull model of a Micmac birch bark canoe (North America), possibly rough water type, made entirely in wood and organic materials and partly painted. The hull is double-ended and painted white below the waterline, with a narrow black stripe above and a natural tan colour above the waterline. The seams where the birch bark is sewn together is clearly visible as are the seams along the stem, stern, and gunwales. Fittings include three thwarts.
