Mitten worn by Francis R.H. Drake, meteorologist on Scott's Antarctic Expedition, 1910. Pair: TXT0318 - TXT0319; marked: 'JAEGER' and 'V.L.A.C.' (on sewn-on tape). The mitten is knitted in thick brown wool in stocking stitch.
