Sennit hat
Sennit hat with 'Serapis' ribbon. It reputedly belonged to William Frank Cooper (1861-1925) or more likely to his brother John Henry Cooper born 1864, who served on HMS 'Serapis' from 6 June 1884 to 5 April 1888.
