Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1943

Pair of blue trousers for Royal Naval 'working dress' uniform, pattern 1943, matching the working dress blouse UNI1297. Both items belonged to Edward Napier Green (b. 1903), Acting Temporary Commander RN. The trousers have a button fly-front, two side pockets and two hip pockets with button fastening.
