Blue Ensign (after 1864)

Blue ensign, RNVR. Wool bunting, machine-sewn, the design printed. Said to have been flown by HMS 'Cyclops' at the time of the Armistice, 1918. Rope and toggle attached. Said to have flown from HMS Cyclops at the time of Armistice 1918. This is unlikely as it as not the correct type of ensign.
