Button, Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1748-1787
Two buttons. Slightly domed. Smooth edge. On a smooth background in the centre is an embossed Tudor rose. Two buttons as worn with a Lieutenant's undress uniform 1748-67 also with general purpose dress 1767-87.
