Button, Coastguard uniform: pattern pre1901 ?
Two buttons.Twisted rope edge. Within a smooth circular border on a lined background is a pre1901 crown with a fouled anchor underneath. A belt which circles the anchor until it joins upto the crown has COASTGUARD on it.
