40mm long piece of H4’s mainspring
Small wood display block covered in buff-coloured wool, with a 40mm long piece of H4’s mainspring attached. This piece had been presented to the Science Museum whose later inventory number is marked under the block (MISC.19.51/3) and who then presented it to the NMM.
