Liquid compass

Card: A mica band with canvas on top attached to the needles by a wire framework. The card is white with black markings graduated to quarter points.

Needle: Two needles held in metal tubes which are attached to the base of the dome. Length 3.2" (7.8 cm)

Pivot: The pivot is incorporated into the domed float and the jewel can be removed by a screw on the top of the dome. The base of the dome is corrugated.

O.A. height 1.25" (3.2 cm)
