Royal Sovereign (1786)
No scale. A sketch showing the proposed cabin and bulkhead arrangements on the middle deck for Royal Sovereign (1786), a 100-gun First Rate, three-decker. Royal Sovereign was in Plymouth Dockyard undergoing middling to large repairs, when this proposal was sent by John Sykes (2nd Lt), James Allen (3rd Lt) and the 5th Lt to the Navy Board. The proposal was approved with further alterations by Navy Board Warrant dated 16 January 1807.
