Vernon (1832)

Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the hold from the Fore Hold to the Shell Room, and two sections through the Fore Hold illustrating the stowage of ballast, tanks, shot, and barrels fitted on board Vernon (1832), a 50-gun Fourth Rate, large Frigate.

NMM, Progress Book, volume 6, folio 229, states that 'Vernon' was docked at Sheerness Dockyard on 29 October 1840, undocked on 10 November, and sailed on 14 March 1841 having been fitted for sea. Most of the money was spent on the rigging and stores.
