Plan showing the body plan with sternboard outline, sheer lines, and longitudinal half-breadth proposed (and approved) for Bacchante (cancelled 1851) and San Fiorenzo (cancelled 1856), both 50-gun Fifth Rate Frigates. The plan was prepared by Messrs Read, Chatfield, and Creuze, formerly members of the School of Naval Architecture.
