Endymion (1797)
Scale: 1:48. Body plan, sheer lines and longitudinal half-breadth for building Endymion, a 40-gun, fourth-rate Frigate, as prepared from a draught of Pomone (1794), an ex-French frigate, launched 1785, captured 1794.
A note in red ink at the top of the plan reads: "N.B An additional port was formed on the Quarterdeck as described in red lines per Board Warrant to Plymouth Officers of the 1st May 1813, and the Quarterdeck ordered to be lengthened one Beam for that purpose, if it could be done without inconvenience."
Another note in the centre, also in red ink, reads: "Plymouth officers are directed by Warrant of 21st February 1820 to raise the Port Sills of the Endymion under repair at that Port as shewn by red lines."
