This is Aigle (1801).

NMM, Progress Book, volume 6, folio 314, states that 'Aigle' was at Plymouth Dockyard between January 1804 and May 1805; again between July and August 1805; again from October to November 1807; and again between December 1809 and February 1810 for defects to be rectified.
