Scorpion (1771)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the body plan, sheer lines with inboard detail, and longitudinal half-breadth for the Scorpion (1771), a purchased merchant ship. The plan includes alterations to the deck proposed for fitting as a fireship. It also records her under her fireship name of Aetna/Etna.
She was ultimately completed as a sloop and her name was changed from Aetna/Etna to relfect this change in use.
