A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant port very near broadside view, taken from only just ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Malta (1895) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. Watkins screw tug Arcadia (1895), seen from off her starboard bow, is on the left and a square rigged sailing ship is heading downriver under full sail. Tilbury is in the background.
