What does my ticket include?

Cutty Sark Afternoon Tea offers visitors the chance to explore the ship and enjoy a unique dining experience, perfect for catching up with friends or treating family and loved ones.

Tickets include:

  • Entry to the award-winning visitor attraction.
  • Afternoon tea beneath Cutty Sark’s copper-plated hull.
  • A choice from a selection of teas.
  • A selection of homemade finger sandwiches.
  • A selection of sweet treats.
When can I book?

Afternoon Teas are served Thursday-Sunday, and guests can make their reservation for one of the following serving times:

  • 12pm
  • 1.30pm
  • 3pm.

Cutty Sark closes at 5pm. If you choose the 3pm serving time, please aim to visit the ship before your tea, as we recommend you allow at least 60 minutes to enjoy Cutty Sark.

Please note that bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Check available dates via the booking calendar.

How long does the experience last?

We recommend allowing for around three hours, in order to include time for tea and exploring the ship. However, there is no limit to the time you can spend with us when you're on board.

Adults: from £43.50 | Children: from £33.50 | Students: from £37.50

The price includes both the cost of afternoon tea and admission to Cutty Sark.

I have a dietary requirement, what should I do?

If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please email bookings@rmg.co.uk at least 72 hours prior to your visit. We are delighted to cater for the following dietary requirements:

  • Gluten intolerances
  • Halal
  • Vegan
  • Nut allergies.

We are unable to accommodate dietary requirements on the day. We cannot offer refunds once bookings have been made. Please note we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater for all dietary requests.

Can children come to the afternoon tea?

Afternoon tea is available for both adults and children, although please be aware that there is no separate child's menu.

Food and drinks for children can also be bought from the café on the day. If you would like to arrange for additional seats at your table or hire a highchair, please email bookings@rmg.co.uk.

Can I book afternoon tea for a group?

We offer a discount to groups of 15 persons or more. To make an enquiry, please complete our group booking form.
