Please note: you can not purchase Gift Membership via Direct Debit; all Gift Memberships purchased online should be purchased via our online shop.

Upgrading your tickets?
Why not upgrade your tickets brought onsite to a Membership and enjoy all the benefits for a whole year?
Upgrade to a Membership within a month of purchasing your ticket(s) and only pay the difference in cost.
If the value of your Membership is less than the cost of your original ticket purchase then we will refund you the difference. This offer applies only to tickets included in your Membership and is not applicable to third party offers, shop or café purchases. To upgrade tickets to Membership your tickets must be purchased directly from Royal Museums Greenwich, and not from any third party ticketing agencies, tour guides or the Greenwich tourist information centre. Membership must be purchased within a month of your original ticket purchase.
You can upgrade your tickets at any of our admission desks at the Museum or by calling the Membership office on 020 8312 6678 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Please note that you must have proof of purchase to upgrade your tickets

Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and should not be resold.
We recommend pre-booking your free planetarium tickets, especially during weekends and holidays. You can do this online, or by calling our Booking team on 020 8312 6608. Please note that Membership covers only the regular, public programming at the Planetarium, and does not cover special screenings or any of our educational programming.
Direct Debit payment is collected annually. You will receive a confirmation letter with the Direct Debit payment schedule after joining.
