Looking for help with your Merchant Navy family history? Discover the types of records available at the Caird Library and Archive, which will help unravel many maritime related questions. Our collections concentrate on Merchant Navy history, including crew lists, shipping company records, and personal papers comprising journals, diaries and letters and much more. This workshop is an introduction to the topic of Merchant Navy family history, however, we are able to assist with some Royal Navy questions.
