Come along and practise yoga on the brand new Ocean Map at the heart of the National Maritime Museum. The session will mindfully explore the interconnectedness of the ocean through movement and posture. 

No prior experience is necessary, but please be aware there may be some bending and stretching involved. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing! Please bring a yoga mat with you to the session.

Spaces are limited and so booking is essential.
