This free yoga class will allow you to find freedom, self-confidence and self-love in your practice. Be inspired to practise yoga regardless of your age, size, ethnicity, physical ability or fears. Start on your journey to empowerment, self-acceptance and change. Above all, this is a chance to have fun with yoga.
Please bring along a yoga mat, if possible. In the case of rain this session will take place under the Colonnades.
