Photocopies of SECRET Services documents relating to Evan NEPEAN, 1790 to 1803. This second folder contains some photocopies of the documents in the first folder but they are mostly copies of further documents. Includes certificates, bills for payment, receipts and intelligence reports.
At the Home Office and after 1794 the department for War and the Colonies, Nepean was responsible for monies paid for foreign and secret service and intelligence.
