House flag, Golden Fleece Line
The house flag of A. and J.H. Carmichael, Greenock (Golden Fleece Line). The flag is made of wool bunting, machine sewn with a linen hoist. A rope and wooden toggle is attached. the details of the golden fleece emblem ar painted. There are hand sewn repairs. It was used on 'Mermerus' 1872.
