Drawings for Poole's Myriorama. Likely Bombardment of Alexandria Egypt. Town set piece

Medium includes grey wash. This may be a scene in 'The Warfare Review, 1805-1915' of 1915, (see notes to PAF6204) but the first known performance of 'Poole's New Diorama' containing the full Bombardment of Alexandria of 1882 was at Cheltenham in February 1883, though a scene had also been included in their 'Egypt' myriorama at Birmingham as early as August 1882 ( see Powell, pp. 84-88).
