The photographer is in the wardroom passage between 49 and 56¼ stations on the main flat looking aft and to starboard from 49 station showing three fixed bunk berths with the curtains drawn back. A Nu-swift fire extinguisher and a CO² fire extinguisher are mounted by the side of the bunk unit. A vertical format negative.
