A port side view of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Melita (1918) at anchor in a Norwegian fjord.
A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Melita (1918) at anchor in a Norwegian fjord. Her port anchor is deployed and she is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm on her foremast. Her midships lifeboat is out of its falls and she has a rope ladder hanging below the midships shell doors. The tip of her stern is just out of the picture. There are patches of snow on the mountain top in the background. Negative number P83979 is very similar.
