Mounted with PAD9388. This piper is is full Highland dress, including a claymore or similar sword handing from his waist. If not a record of some light-hearted incident, it may be of some more defiantly serious troop landing by a Scottish regiment - though the dress does not appear to be military uniform. [PvdM 2/10]
