A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orion (1935) moored in Algiers Harbour, Morocco. She is moored stern-on to the quay and has both anchors deployed. An accommodation ladder is rigged from her main deck aft to a floating pontoon jetty. She is flying the Blue Peter flag from the port yardarm and the French flag from the starboard yardarm on her foremast. A harbour tug with the letter S on the funnel is lying alongside the wharf on the right. Beyond the stern of the Orion is the funnel of a Compagnie de Navigation Mixte vessel.
