Greenwich; East Greenwich and the Power Station from the Park
A winter view, under snow, from the Observatory hill looking north over the east colonnade and wing of the Hospital School (now NMM) towards the river, where the sails of Thames barges can be seen. The School Observatory building fills the gap between the south pavilion of the east wing and the junction of Park Row and Park Vista. The four chimneys of Greenwich Power Station (completed in 1910) smoke in the far right distance. For notes regarding the date (likely to be January 1924), see PAF1305.
