Study of the Battle of Jutland, 31 May 1916 (?)

If this fluid wash study is Jutland - for which the authority is uncertain - then the centre vessel is one of the four ships of the 5th Battle Squadron ('Barham', 'Warspite', 'Valiant', or 'Malaya') and the ship on the right is the battlecruiser 'New Zealand' since her sister 'Indefatigable' was sunk well before the 5th Battle Squadron got into action. A 'K '-class destroyer is in the foreground.
