An unidentified topsail schooner is seen from the port side moored against a quay in Douarnenez harbour, with a misainier moored beneath its bow and the harbour clock tower to the left. The schooner is in commission, judging by the mainsail being laced to the lowered gaff and a staysail part-hoisted to dry.
