Fishing boats at Polperro

Five 19ft carvel-built, gaff cutter-rigged fishing boats are moored afloat in Polperro harbour, viewed in each case from the starboard stern quarter. Their Fowey registration numbers are clearly visible except where a third number of the two-digit registrations following may be obscured by the boat to starboard, i.e. from left to right: FY302, FY183, FY22, FY21, FY135. Beyond the boats a flight of steps climbs a corner of the harbour wall to a pair of cottages at the foot of a steep hill.
