Ramsgate

This view of Ramsgate harbour looks over a broad quay towards the Royal Hotel and beyond. Alongside the quay are moored several sailing and motor vessels, of which one in the foreground, with a straight vertical stem, is a trading ketch of some 65ft named the Cheshire Cat. Another ketch appears to be making way under auxiliary power to the right of the quay.
