On Upper Thames

A scow sails past, beyond, and a racing four, steered by cox, can be seen about to overtake both vessels. A pair of swans among the water lilies bottom left, add to the tranquil nature of this river scene. The work is inscribed ‘Proof for Artist’ and is signed 'W L Wyllie’.
