Panoramic view of London
A panoramic view of London by the marine artist William Lionel Wyllie (1851-1931). A great many of Wyllie's images of London depict the Thames and its shipping, but the river is only a small element in this etching. London’s skyline was another of Wyllie's favourite topics. Here, the Houses of Parliament and the towers of Westminster Abbey can be seen on the right.
