The Magnificent Steamship New York of the American Line
Coloured lithograph depicting the New York, a steamship previously known as City of New York. The name change occurred in 1893 when the Inman Line merged with the American Line. Her sister ship is the City of Paris, and the two were the last to be built for the Inman Line before the merger.
