Inscribed: “Stationer’s Almanack for 1825. Loss of the Fame, East Indiaman. This Vessel, in which Sir Stamford Raffles & Family were coming to England, with a vast Collection of Natural Curiosities, was destroyed by Fire on the 1st February 1824”.
