Terrestrial relief globe

Terrestrial relief globe. Geographical details on the sphere show the Earth presented in relief, mountain ridges, ocean basins and riffs. In the collection of the Globe Museum, Vienna, there is a lunar globe in relief designed by AJ. Wightman, which was made by Lunasphere Productions Ltd, Church Works, Penzance, Cornwall, England. In 1998, however, neither Wightman nor Lunasphere could be traced in the area. For full details about the cartography and construction of this globe please refer to the related publication.
