Burgee, Island Cruising club
Burgee, Island Cruising club, Salcombe. The club was founded in 1952. The club burgee was originally intended to have a yellow monogram on a blue background, but the club stationary returned from the printers yellow on green. The printer said he had green 'on' but would let them have it very cheap as he knew they were short of money. (Information Nick Walker.)
