Cross superimposed on a green enamelled wreath. Centre medallion blue with thirteen white stars. Reverse: "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" "ANNUIT COEPTIS MDCCLXXXII". Suspended from a purple ribbon. Mounted on a bar with seven others.
