Reverse: Winged Victory standing (left) crowning with a wreath a seated warrior (right). Suspended from a cusped bar and ribbon of three scarlet and two blue stripes. Bar: 'PEGU'. Inscr. on edge, 'C.D. LUCAS. MDN. "FOX". Mounted on a bar with two others.
