Awarded to Adm Sir Robert Baynes. Badge: Silver, eight-pointed white enamelled cross, suspended from a royal crown, the arms connected by a wreath of laurel and oak leaves. In the centre a gilt bust of King Otho surrounded by a blue enamel band with the legend in Greek: "OTHO KING OF GREECE". Reverse: Arms of Greece, a white cross on a blue background, surrounded by blue enamel band with legend in Greek: "THE RIGHTS O LORD ARE GLORIFIED WITH POWER". Suspended by a blue ribbon with white borders.
