Adze head

A relic of Sir John Franklin's last expedition 1845-48. Adze head obtained by Captain Richard Collinson (1811-83) from the Inuit at Cambridge Bay, Victoria Island in October 1852. It has been fitted with deerhorn handle. It has faint traces of a broad arrow.
