Metal document case
A metal cylinder with a cap, painted black. Inscribed in gold letters are the words 'LIEUT'T W.F. ROBINSON R.N. DRAWINGS OF THE STEAM ENGINE WOOLWICH'. Lieutenant Walter Francis Robinson (1809-1880). Sections of the paint on the lid has come away from the lid. There are a number of scratches on the main body of the case.
