Italy Star, awarded to R.T.C. Worsley. A six pointed star, uniface, surmounted by a circular band crowned containing within it the Royal monogram "G.R.I. VI." Legend: 'THE ITALY STAR'. Fitted with a ring and white ribbon with a central pale green stripe and scarlet border, all equal width.
