Miniature globe case base

Celestial miniature globe case. Hollow Southern hemisphere works as a case base for the terrestrial sphere. Stars are represented by different symbols, but a magnitude table is lacking. The 48 Ptolemaic constellations and three of the non-Ptolemaic constellations are drawn. Four of the southern constellations are drawn as well as those of Plancius, a few of those of Hevelius and six of Lacaille. However, not all the southern constellations are labelled.
